I create and conduct standard or customized wedding ceremonies, interfaith wedding ceremonies, wedding ceremony rehearsals, elopement ceremonies and vow renewal ceremonies.

I would be delighted to work with you to create a personalized, spiritual, interfaith, or intercultural wedding ceremony and I am honoured to create ceremonies that celebrate diverse gender identities and sexual orientations.

I offer my wedding celebrancy services in the Greater Toronto Area, and other destinations upon request.  I am a Life-Cycle Celebrant certified with the Celebrant Foundation and Institute, and an ordained minister (Province of Ontario Registration number 74827) who meets the requirements for legally officiating marriages in the province of Ontario.

I strive to co-create and officiate ceremonies that use words, gestures, music and symbols that resonate with you and your loved ones. Together we will create a ceremony of your own design that honours your beliefs, cultures and traditions.  A spiritual, inter-faith or multi-cultural ceremony with relevance and resonance today, that acknowledges, marks and celebrates this important moment in your life.

My celebrant fees are structured to support time dedicated to meeting with you, writing and designing your ceremony, factoring in date, travel time to the venue, as well as my time to officiate your ceremony. My fees for ceremonies in the GTA are in the range of $400 – $700 (no tax applies), depending on the nature of the ceremony (plus a mileage charge (following CRA guidelines) for any distance over 15 km from my location (Islington & Eglinton), and a standard parking fee, if applicable.

Additional fees apply for ceremonies outside the GTA, or on the Toronto Islands. I will provide a fee quote once we have a no obligation consultation (on the phone or in person) and I learn more about your specific event and what you envision.

• We can provide wedding ceremony witnesses for a fee of $50/witness (paid to the witness(es)) for weddings in the GTA, subject to availability.
• Ceremony rehearsals may be included for an additional fee of $200, depending on the location.
• Ceremonies can be conducted in two languages (English/Spanish, English/French, or English/Italian) for an additional fee of $150 – 200, depending on the location.

How I Work With You:

Whatever type of ceremony you envision, I can customize the experience to you and your partner.

• Initial Consultation Call or Meeting: Our first meeting will take less than 30 minutes and will give us the chance to get to know each other and see if the fit feels right. If it does and you decide to move forward, I will prepare an agreement for your review and signature and you would pay a 50% retainer (non-refundable, but transferable to another date if necessary and if I am available) so that I can hold your date.​

• Customized Ceremony: I will collaborate with you to ensure the ceremony has the right tone and reflects your personalities. This step includes researching wedding rituals, readings, etc. You will have the opportunity to review the draft ceremony.

• Walk-through/Rehearsal (Optional)– We will schedule a meeting to do a complete walk through of the ceremony from start to finish so that you can be at ease with the flow of the event and we’ll do the finishing touches on the ceremony. As an alternative, I can also attend your wedding rehearsal. We will also walk through the licence.

• Your Wedding: I arrive early and coordinate with your wedding planner, musicians, DJ, readers, and wedding party to ensure everyone is on the same page. I also collaborate with a network of celebrants, Ceremony Sisters, as back up.

• Registration: I will register your marriage licence, archiving your registry, and provide directions for getting your marriage certificate.
